By accessing or using the AppFoundry website at appfoundry.school, signing up for our waitlist, or enrolling in any AppFoundry program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
AppFoundry is an educational bootcamp that teaches business professionals how to build iOS applications using AI-assisted development tools. Our services include:
AppFoundry is an educational service. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, app store approvals, or commercial success of any applications built during or after the program.
Signing up for the waitlist does not guarantee enrollment. Cohort sizes are limited, and enrollment is offered on a first-come, first-served basis when spots become available. We reserve the right to accept or decline any enrollment at our discretion.
By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive email communications from AppFoundry regarding enrollment updates, program information, and related announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time.
As a user of AppFoundry services, you agree to:
Program fees are communicated at the time of enrollment and must be paid in full before the cohort start date unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. Refund policies will be provided at the time of enrollment and may vary by cohort.
AppFoundry content: All course materials, curriculum, branding, website content, and proprietary tools provided by AppFoundry are owned by AppFoundry and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.
Your applications: You retain full ownership of any applications, code, designs, and content that you create during or after the program. AppFoundry claims no ownership or license over your work. You are free to publish, monetize, and distribute your applications as you see fit.
AppFoundry provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppFoundry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to AppFoundry in the 12 months preceding the claim. AppFoundry is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of any third-party services, including Apple, Xcode, or any AI tools used during the program.
Your use of AppFoundry is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. We collect personal information such as your name, email address, and app ideas solely for the purpose of operating our waitlist and educational programs.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of AppFoundry after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
We may suspend or terminate your access to AppFoundry services at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or to AppFoundry. Upon termination, your right to use our materials ceases, but you retain ownership of any applications you created.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
